The Pope Francis Ring produced in Sterling Silver 925, is designed, modelled, made and packaged exclusively within the company, and made by hand in Italy with great care through the ancient lost wax technique for casting.
This is why every product retains unique characteristics and imperfections due to craftsmanship.
The Silver Plated Ring is made in Italy and nickel free Europa Reach (Europa Reach 1907/2006).
The Pope Francis Ring is made to be worn every day and in all occasions. For this reason rarely require special maintenance, particularly when handled and cleaned gently and kept in the appropriate manner.
Being precious object, it demands a few simple precautions, actions of care aimed at preserving his beauty and splendour through time.
The normal daily use and external factors such as air humidity, temperature, pollution levels, contact with cosmetics and skin perspiration may reduce the brightness of the silver surfaces and change the appearance of the original to darker and opaque colours.
The extent and speed of the phenomenon are not predictable since they depend on several factors: to keep the process under control one should minimize the contact with detergents, creams, perfumes and water, especially swimming pool (chlorine) water and hot springs (sulfur); in general one should avoid direct contact with any substance containing alcohol. It is also a good idea to polish the surface regularly with a soft cloth.
Finally, a good habit to preserve jewellery is to store each item separately in individual bags or boxes, soft and clean, in a dry place, away from sources of heat and generally protected from agents that may affect them.
SIZES
The sizes of Pope Francis ring are given in Italian and USA sizes (8 sizes). If you are in possession of a ring that fits you well, measure the diameter on the inside edge and choose the relevant size; but if you want to use your finger circumference, measure this in the exact position of where you wear the ring, clutching tightly.
If you are undecided between two sizes, we recommend you choose the larger one.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Rules and notices
If you are a consumer (that is, you are not making a purchase, even in part, in connection with your professional activity and you are not ordering on behalf of a business), you have the right to withdraw from a Contract, excluding the purchase of personalised products, and to receive a refund from Sanpietroedi.
Those wishing to withdraw from a Contract must do so in writing to the following address: Sanpietroedi, Via Santa Maria del Monte 36/A, 62100, Macerata, Italy or by e-mail to info@sanpietroedi.com within 10 working days, starting from one day after the product/s has/have been delivered.
If you wish to return an item/s, all delivery charges are to be paid by the Customer at their risk and Sanpietroedi invite you to ensure that the items have been suitably insured and packaged.
The Customer should take all reasonable measure to safeguard any returned items, which must reach our warehouse within 15 days from the delivery date.
The recipients of a present have the right to exchange the merchandise but not to a refund or ask that a refund be made to the purchaser of that product.
NB: before returning items of jewellery, please be sure that the following requirements are met:
1) The safety seal is intact.
2) Each item to be returned is in the same condition as when it was sent and suitably packaged.
3) Each item to be returned must not have been worn or treated in any way and it must be clean.
4) The item must always be accompanied with its authenticity’s certificate, which is contained in the packaging.
All delivery expenses to return an item are the responsibility of the Customer.
NB: the delivery of the package containing the returned item/s is at the Customer’s risk and Sanpietroedi is not responsible for possible losses, damage due to poor packaging and delays in returning items to the Sanpietroedi offices.
As soon as Sanpietroedi have received the returned package and verified that the above Returns conditions have been met and procedures correctly followed, the Company will effect a refund within 30 working days of the returned products.
The Customer can choose an exchange voucher instead of a refund. However, if all the aforementioned conditions have not been met, no refund will be made.

Pursuant to Article 13 of Law 196/2003 “Code concerning the protection of personal data” we inform the Customer that we respect your privacy.
We do not sell, rent, or loan, any identificable info regarding our customers to any third parties.
