INFO BUYING
The Company’s policy: the customer comes first. Our prime concern is to provide the greatest satisfaction to the customer.
Once you have made your purchase you will receive an email with the payment confirmation and the availability of the ring , then the date of shipment.
If the ring should not be immediately available it will be indicated in the email the day it will take to create it and the shipment.

Accessing and using this website and the purchase of any product and/or service from the website imply the reading, understanding and acceptance of the following Conditions:
Purchases
The receiving of an order electronically sent by the Customer to “www.anellodipapafrancesco.com” (www.popefrancisring.com) constitutes an invitation to purchase an item or various items at the price indicated on the website.
Payments
We guarantee that every purchase is made in total security through Credit Cards using PayPal global payment platform (Paypal will charge your credit/debit/prepaid card).
We accept payments by credit cards only through PayPal (Supported Countries).
If you use a prepaid card or a disposable card, remember to keep it after the purchase since it may serve for a possible chargeback.
All information provided during the payment process will be used just to complete the purchase process, they will be protected from unauthorized access and will in no case be preserved.
Once you have completed the order, you will receive an email confirmation containing a summary of your purchase’s details.
VAT is already included in the price displayed on all pages of the website and the cart.
Prices can be revised in any moment but such variations will not affect orders which have already been confirmed.
Terms of delivery
Ordered goods will be delivered within approximately 3 days for Italy and 4 working days for EU Countries and 4/6 for Extra EU Countries, via EXPRESS.
The terms include only working days and do not include holidays (Sundays and italian national holidays).
Whilst respecting the above terms, the Sanpietroedi is currently unable to offer nominated day delivery.
In conclusion, as soon as payment has been authorized (paying by PayPal™) and assuming that the ordered articles are in stock, delivery of the said articles will be soon effected.
Shipping
The shipping is free of charge to Italy, and 15 € to all EU countries and 25 € to all extra-EU countries.
We use the best international EXPRESS Couriers.
All shipments to Italy and throughout the world are tracked.
The ring is delivered in its original packaging, accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
Countries outside the EU are not subject to payment of VAT on the purchase price whilst any local tax, importation duty and/or customs clearance is the Customer’s responsibility.
Value Added Tax: VAT
The sale price is inclusive of VAT at 22%.
